To implement, in cooperation with education stakeholders and community partners, an advocacy campaign, aimed at decision makers at all levels of government as well as opinion leaders, supporting the continued existence of democratically elected school boards
To rally the English-speaking community throughout Québec in support of our democratically elected school boards
To coordinate our community’s response to any legislation which could abolish or diminish the responsibilities of democratically elected school boards
To prepare for a legal challenge to any legislation which could erode the education rights of our English-speaking community under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
To advocate for winning conditions under which school board elections could be held (with the Report of the English School Boards Election System Study Panel of 2015 [commonly referred to as the Jennings Report] as a reference)
